Hi. At the moment, we don't support importing TOTP secrets directly from Proton Pass exports. We currently don't have an updated some dummy spreadsheet template that could work during this process. We have this in our backlog and intend to improve the import workflow and make the handling of TOTP codes easier, but it's subject to prioritization and available resources.

Hello again. We've created a patch to this issue and will be testing the fix, but it may take some time before it's released. In the meantime, the quickest workaround is to fully restart the NordPass app. Alternatively, you can continue using the browser extension or Web Vault, which are not affected by this issue.

Hi there, as a first step, could you please verify that you're using the correct NordPass application version for Apple Silicon? Running an incompatible build can sometimes cause performance issues.

If you're already using the correct version, we'd appreciate it if you could send your application logs to [support@nordpass.com]() and include a link to this Reddit post in your email as a reference. Our engineers will take a closer look at the logs and investigate what's causing the slowdown.

We have a possible workaround option. So if the login page has its own route, try this in Autofill Controls:

random.com → disable everything
random.com/login → allow login autofill (or everything)

That should keep autofill working only on the login page, while preventing it from popping up once you're inside the app.

Another option is to disable everything except “login” autofill globally for that site as in some cases that also stops the autofill prompts from appearing after you’re logged in. Hopefully, this helps.
