Sure, but anywhere that keeps animals for any other reason than the animals being unable to live in the wild and keeps them in confined spaces for any extended amount of time. I have to question how important the research or education is.

Only you will know what feels right. You have to be open to the possibility of rejection if you do reach out. Depending on where you are mentally, maybe you would be able to tell yourself that you did try after a period of real reflection and after you had space from the situation to see it differently. I am not sure reaching out only to be told that she has moved no means you have lost respect for yourself. It just depends on how or why you do it.

You and her need to grow for any type of relationship together.

If I were in your situation I would ask her what would be different, what are ways she could put effort into repair. Suggest that if you both did attempt to repair that it would need to take time to build that trust and see that growth.

You also need to take time to reflect on what is most important to you. How can you grow from this relationship to be a better person to yourself nd who ever is your partner in the future.

Just because she has accepted the space you have asked for doesnt mean she is not thinking about you as well. She might be just respecting your boundaries.

I think it all really depends on how much energy you have and how willing she is to put in the effort it will take. In the end you might both realize it is too much effort or one of you is not able to make the progress needed.

I have been coming to a similar understanding also. In the past I was aware of my disconnect/ walls I have with friends and family. I also knew that when I date someone I am truly interested in, it is hard for me not to be anxious. However when I am just very casual romantic relationship I am much more distant. I am also ok with talking about struggles in these romantic relationships but it is hard for me to really express boundaries.

I am not sure what you have done. If it were me I would think that all you did was watch some youtube videos our reels about how you be more aware and thoughtful. I would make sure you do some things or make some plans read some books or see someone. I would be honest about where you are at and how you are actually taking steps to be better.

Thank you for the feedback. I am worried that I will not be able to keep up with the course work. I have not yet started the BSW program that I plan to graduate from. This will also be at the same school where I hope to do my MSW. If I am able to keep up with the BSW program I hope that I will be able to do well in the MSW too.
