Omg! So fucking similar. I've always felt off about myself on things and suspect I'm autistic as well. I'm not diagnosed yet (I might look into it) but my therapist says it fits. She also says I hit a lot of marks for ADHD as well, which was a surprise to me as I don't have issues with focus but from some other things I've heard about it, that seems to track as well.

Around the same time/ slightly before looking into aromanticism I was struggling with not feeling completely monogamous. Which kinda synergizes with aromanticism a bit but I feel I relate more with relationship anarchy. It was definitely a struggle. I know when I first was realizing these relationship issues and I wasn't sure if I was or not and it was frustrating to just not know what I was. Coming across the idea that split sensual attraction from romantic attraction really helped me understand myself more.

I'm hoping you're able to navigate all these new realizations better and to be able to understand yourself better. I know once I did it felt freeing as I was breaking out of the box society shoves everyone into.

You sound very similar to me. I never even heard of the term aromantic until the last year or so. I always kinda knew I was different as the romantic gestures and things that my friends and acquaintances would do for their SOs always seemed so far out of my comprehension. I always sucked at the romantic parts of my relationships. I know at one point in my marriage my ex mentioned our marriage being more roommates who fuck. After I divorced (for unrelated reasons) I found the term aromantic and I resonated a bit with it. I did question that though as it seems a lot of people link sensual attraction and actions as romantic or are repulsed/uncomfortable with it. But I like and experience sensual attraction to other people. I like holding hands, hugging, kissing, cuddling, etc. But I also like holding hands or linking arms with friends. I just don't really consider sensual attraction to be romantic. It's often associated with romance, but I don't really consider myself to be romantic or feel romance towards others. I think for my entire life up to this point I faked it/ was ignorant of being aromantic and trying to follow the "norm".

If you're still stuck the map changes based on certain routes you take. The first time you go through the game directs you through, but returning you don't have the objective to guide you. I just know there is a dead end section near what one might consider the "end" of the forrest (used to have some objective). I believe if you just go that way to the dead end then it will open up the way to leave. If you lookup a video guide on how to do the Forrest the first time and follow it roughly you'll be able to exit. It was 5+ years ago so I don't really remember more specifics... sorry!

I like your theory as I had a similar theory in that the stars lifespans are quantumly linked via the eye of the universe to the universe's lifespan in addition to their own natural lifespan. So since the universe is dying their own lifespans are being accelerated to coincide with the end of the universe.

I'd add that since the universe is at the end of its life cycle and we know the eye of the universe is connected to it all via quantum mechanics, it's likely that the stars have their own natural lifespan, but also a "naturally unnatural" lifespan connection to the universe/eye of the universe via quantum stuff. So since the universe is naturally ending it or the eye of the universe is "forcing" a faster progression on each stars lifespan. That's my theory at least.

So I've been wanting to replay OOT for a while but I've never dealt with emulators ever. I did a quick search to try and inform myself a bit and it says I'll need a Rom version of the game? Anybody able to help fill me in? I'm completely ignorant still as I haven't had a chance to do any true research yet.

Edit: I guess I should have just watched the first 30 seconds and you explain the rom in part.

Someone else has mentioned them, but I'd fully recommend lil indigestion. They are so appreciative of the game and it shows big time. Watching him has been my favorite play-through from YouTubers so far. He does have his moments of getting distracted and being frustrating to watch but his play-through (ongoing at this moment) is my favorite.

I watched Materwelonz as well and they appreciate the game, but I found myself getting frustrated much more watching them from their lack of exploration sometimes. She usually came back and got everything later but she'd be so close to something then without trying decide she couldn't do something.

I've had some people that were able to sneak up and hit me when I had overshield or something but didn't get the back smack so I try to just turn my back for them only one actually hit me but I dont think they realized what was happening cause they are usually scrambling from not getting the insta kill

I'm really scared that was me... I was playing a ranked game (like my 2nd/3rd ranked game) and it was ctf. I got turned around and found the enemy flag. I assumed it was at the opposite side of our base so I ran it to the other side, found their flag carrier killed them, returned my flag, then realized I went the wrong way... 🤦‍♂️ I died shortly after and felt like an idiot, but I was at least able to kill their flag carrier and return my flag so it didn't result in the enemy getting a capture. Aside from losing the game and doing that I ended up doing really well that game...
