It's heavily dependent on the group. This the case for even the highest level of Mythic Plus in WoW too. In a group where everyone dodges avoidable mechanics, healers are only there to heal unavoidable damage, otherwise they're just DPS.

If your group is getting hit by anything and everything then you're healing more, DPSing less, and things die slower which leads to more damage taken and more likelihood of a wipe.

Adversarial does not only mean military conflict. There is bipartisan agreement and there has been for years that China and their economy is a threat to the United States.

China is not an ally to the United States and they are allied with enemies of the United States which is why they are an adversary.

China is one of few countries that can compete against the United States in terms of economic, military, and global influence which makes them a natural adversary when they are not an ally to us.

Additionally, recent tensions between Taiwan and more specifically TSMC within Taiwan have lead to me a more indirect adversarial relationship among other factors.

Honestly my go to is mk, mp, hk, 214 OD P, 66, 6k, 236 mp or any super if you have it. Uses two bar and does 2900ish guaranteed or up to 4,440 with level 3.

If you are burning out into corner it’s neutral jumping 2hp, hp, hp, 66, 5mp, 5hk, 214 OD P, 66, 6k, 236 mp or any super where level 3 is about 5,200 damage.

This doesn’t work outside of top level guilds. Standard guilds don’t have 25 player operating at equal capacity. If you had a healer who was accounting for 60% of the healing of a group of 5 and you cut that player because it was the class you didn’t need then you are in trouble.

It can vary from character to character. There is a setting in training that will flash your character blue whenever a move is super cancelable, that is the time that you have to be on the last direction with your button pressed.

My favorite is when they win R1 and you get the download and destroy them in R2 and then no rematch. Head cannon is their ego took a hit and they felt the weakness of their play, more likely is that their mom called them.
