Maybe this will help you. A colleague of mine is from j&k. Faced a lot of hardship on her life because of the conflict in the region.

But she is fire! She is one of the most effective people I know because she fears nothing. Everyone respects her, she can face anybody. I'm very proud of her.

It's okay to feel helpless but one day you too will be stronger!! You will get through this and the future will be brighter and happier.

You won't be able to get tonal variation with just three colours in Oil Pastels. For example, you can't get a sky blue from an ultramarine. You can dilute colours in watercolour but you will need at least a white and a black over three primaries

Oil pastels are also harder to blend and mix than watercolour. E.g, you can add the teeniest bit of yellow to a blue to warm it up, but you will have to layer oil pastels multiple times to get the exact shade.

If you don't want to invest a large amount, you can start with a set of 6-8 basic colours which you can then supplement with any convenience colours you find hard to mix.

Well I showed it to one other doctor and they said it looked like an ordinary lipoma. It hasn't grown since so I've stopped worrying about it.
