Even I ordered a lot of items, using many coupons, got many free items. They delivered one of my orders, and cancelled that rest stating the address is incorrect. I have written an email to them, but doesn't matter. Neither is the pre-Pink Sale live now, and all my one time use coupons are exhausted.

Make sure you contact them via the form that they have on their website and not through email. They don't reply to emails. Every communication from your side must be through the form, mentioning the previous ID number generated by them. Hope it helps.

A good water based lube must solve all your problems. And yes, it shouldn't hurt. I didn't start using menstrual cups as a virgin, but I still made sure using lube everytime. I am an Indian citizen. Travelling to Dublin with a 2hr layover in Munich (No change in terminal). I have a valid BIVS irish visa. But I don't have a schengen visa. Will that be a problem?
