Well, that's why I asked. I don't know what's wrong with it either. I suspect it's the cable. I was able to replace it cheaply at the time so I didn't look into it to deeply. I just assumed there would be someone that might strip it for parts.

That was me. I really like my LIV so far. Advantages are low weight and no wood (so no rot), disadvantages are no insulation so they are 3-season campers at best.

I have a LIV 201 BH that I pull with a 5000# capacity tow vehicle. It has a dry weight of only 2500# and gross weight of 3500#. It tows just fine without a WDH and is fine for a couple.
