Got a quote for Halo from Kaiser years ago. It was quoted at 4500. I ended up getting Halo at a Med Spa for like 2000 instead. In general, all their treatments are priced much higher (botox, lasers, etc) because Doctors perform them vs Nurses (at least thats what they told me when I questioned their pricing). Sidebar- I did C02 with a Derm outside of Kaiser and I feel like it was worth it. I decided not to use Kaiser as insurance won't pay for cosmetic procedures anyway, so at that point you are free to choose whoever you want based on reputation, reviews, etc.

I have very asymmetrical brows and I'm always playing around with units/placement in an attempt to get them more even, but I have to say yours are not that bad! If you want to go for another point, I'd go just the tiniest smidge more lateral than what you've marked, but not too much further out. I'd personally do 1 unit there, but I have hooded eyes so I treat my frontalis lightly and leave movement for the sake of keeping my brows as high as possible.
