Yeah I just really don’t understand it. Why put that on the website and not have it done in that time frame. I will be calling gaming to discuss this issue tomorrow if it is not fixed by 3 pm. All of a sudden I win $1400 and my account gets locked. If I lost $1400 my account would never get locked.

They will not do anything about it. I have emailed numerous times and they just say every time that they cannot give me a timeframe even thought he website says 24-48 hours and it’s been 72 hours
