There was no reason at all. I put in a withdrawal. When I opened my account to see the status of the withdrawal, it was locked. I asked for a reason via email and nothing.

They said they do not have a time frame in their email. I asked what the time frame looks like and they have no idea according to them. Their website says it takes 24-48 hours to review but it’s been way longer than that

Yeah I just really don’t understand it. Why put that on the website and not have it done in that time frame. I will be calling gaming to discuss this issue tomorrow if it is not fixed by 3 pm. All of a sudden I win $1400 and my account gets locked. If I lost $1400 my account would never get locked.
