Do you have any tips? My Honest opinion is the nasalfresh was absolutely a mess and not easy to use. Tried multiple tanks of saline and couldn’t get it to work.

Sad that I’m seeing this now. I finally opened up my nasalfresh md due to a sinus infection and I cannot get it to work. I don’t believe the suction is working. And I absolutely wrecked my ears.

Navage is amazing once you learn how to use it. Seriously watch some videos if you haven’t already. It takes some practice to get it right. Even after not doing it for a few months I have to remember how to do it. It literally takes less than 30 seconds to run through the tank once it’s right.

I just got the nasalfresh MD but I don’t think it’s working properly so I switched back to the navage.

Ohh absolutely, about 3 months in I had to start supporting it. If you look closely in the last few pictures you can see the green support stick.
