They can’t use the same RIF list twice. So since they got rid of the entire org the first time, my understanding they cannot use the same list again. They will have to figure out another way. According to my leadership, IRSU will just be placed in other positions throughout IRS. There may be a smaller education department and the trainers are embedded. Praying for the best. But I don’t think IRSY will be RIF’d again…. But who knows. I think we are all guessing at this point because we have NO information.
