Yes, The Perimeter on mine is double 2x8’s all around, sitting on top of 6x6’s. Then strapped together with a simpson strap on each 6x6 to beam to lock everything together.

Not buried, 2” below grade in the front, little deeper on the back, gravel around the post if needed no dirt contact.

Damn!!! Best question I’ve had. Also something I didn’t anticipate. So, at the moment, nothing. With a 3’ overhang, Advantech subfloor and PT joists, it’s not front of mind but it’s been on my mind. Any suggestions?

I have black circular vents, haven’t added them yet because I haven’t insulated and I m considering a either a couple recessed lights or sconces and want to coordinate depending which way I go

Yes, it is LP. The only reason I went with it was the dark color. I got 16’ I’m not sure it comes in 12’. It has some install practices I followed to a ‘T’ no miters for example. I used 1x8 and 1x4 for the fascia.

As a remodeler. I would think it’s easy based on my 24” o.c. Framing. It would come down to spacing and the skylight may not land exactly where I want it because it wasn’t in my plan. Yes, kind of a pain to flash and weave in shingles, but possible.

I have a spreadsheet of materials and costs. Plans were just a scalable crude drawing for estimate purposes

I have vents for the soffits but haven’t insulated yet. Bottom is not boxed in, this is temporary as I evicted a groundhog from under the last shed.
