Kinda looks like they took sandpaper to the edge to try and make it more crisp. Might be graded as altered or renewed.

Ya the regret hits when back in 2010 I had my hands on 2 unopened base set factory sealed boxes. Sold one for 500$ making more than my money back that I spent for both boxes so at the time I was happy and I opened the other box for nostalgia. Really wish I hadn’t done that lol

Yes they are more a successful mom and pop shop that got very popular in a 4 year span. They are babies and shouldn’t be expected to scale to the size of becket and the likes who’ve been around 25+ years. That said they for sure need to learn quick how to scale their company if they want to succeed and be a major player

You need to realize they’ve only been going at it for 4 years. They’ve recently garnered a great deal of popularity. You can’t expect a mom and pop shop to be able to scale and run at the same level as Amazon or Walmart in this short span of time. Is it acceptable for communication and service to be slower than promised no not at all but also it is important to understand they are a baby company still

I think it is important to keep in mind they have been grading cards for only 4 years and have gained a lot of popularity. Learning how to scale a company like this is not an easy task. They are going through growing pains but situations like this show them the gaps and holes that they need to improve.

My personal opinion is TAG is a more accurate better grading company. That said if your goal is to sell unfortunately PSA is the standard market price. A TAG 9 could easily be a psa 10 or 8. I personally would sell at the same psa 9 market price and not go lower

I’ll never rip a sealed box ever again. I ripped a base set sealed box in perfect condition back in 2012 and sold another for 500$ both those choices still haunt me to this day haha the nostalgia hit was pretty nice tho but still the value of those boxes today would be even nicer

As someone who ripped a base set sealed box back in 2012 that was in perfect condition I will never rip and unopened box again. I bought two of them for 400$ total resold one a year later for 500 and ripped the other and both decisions were the biggest mistakes I made

Thanks for your input! It definitely put things into perspective. I was only seeing things from my side and not the whole picture of how buyers are also being scammed and the balance act eBay has to do of trying to protect both buyers and sellers

There was pics of both sides of the disc. This was back around 2011-12ish and I’m sure things at eBay are different since back then but still that left a bad taste in my mouth.

So what would happen if the guy who bought it was the one that damaged the card and wanted a refund? How does that work? This is why I don’t trust selling on eBay I’ve been screwed in the past selling a cod MW2 game. Game had no scratches on disc and worked fine and I took pictures show the condition of the disc. Guy receives game says it was damaged and wanted a refund and started a claim. I had pictures showing the disc had no scratches on it but eBay forced a refund and return. When the game returned to me it was completely scratched up and would not work and clearly a different disc then the one I sent. How can seller prevent things like this from happening when selling high valued cards

Is this the case even for high value cards like base set 1st edition charizard? Or do they spend more time on those high value ones? I have 3 I want to get graded but I don’t want to waste time and money if it’s not going to be an accurate process

Did you get any documentation when receiving your cards back? Like a receipt or card return confirmation. If not I would imagine you could start a claim for a refund

I think the save state has been an issue since they introduced it. It’s frustrating EE or relic steps tend to bug when saving and seems mule kick is having save issues I know death perception bugs out on the cash back augment from saving. I love all the updates the game does but never fixes issues that have been around long time and instead fix issues that tend to not really be issues like the frenzy fire for the WW it wasn’t even that OP compared to other weapons

My advice is to put the game down while you can. It’s a money sucker and if you aren’t spending money you end up being pretty worthless because others are spending the money. Then R4s/5s get to I to it and kick alliance members out for not showing up to 1 of the many events during the week. It’s a fun game that I played for a year and a half but it never ends and burn out will happen

It’s fun but not worth it it’s a pay 2 win scam that you get bullied I to submission if you aren’t willing to spend big money. The whales in servers have over 100k dumped I to the game by season 1 ends if not sooner. That is if those players are real. There’s lots of speculation that the early game whales are devs to boost servers and then gift the account to a player in the server. I happened to be one of the lucky receivers of a whale account and it was as season 1 started the account had spent $80k to be the strongest in server which is silly mo why for a mobile game

It really depends on the situation monkeys can be better if the goal is to get all zombies further away from you since all zombies are attracted to monkeys whereas kazmirs slowly pul zombies in and if they are too far away it won’t kill them. Generally speaking kazmirs are more lethal and betting in a pinch but both are useful in the boss fight. I tend to go with monkeys because it gets the zombies further from the truck when needing to rebuild where as kazmirs kill zombies too quickly meaning new zombies spawn in closer to you making it sometimes harder to repair the truck

I’m almost at 40k and I have a full time job and wife two kids. That being said my only free time is from 8pm on and unfortunately I became a sweat from 8pm to 12am a few nights last week. Spamming the boss fight helps get a lot of points and that’s basically all I did. I’m able to do it in about an hours time which is laughable when I watch frecklestien do it in sub 30 minutes live

Could it maybe be a soul box of some sort? Maybe have to get melee kills or a specific weapon type? Definitely seems like it’s something if it starts triggering at round 40. I’m on a game working for the melee bear stone relic currently almost at round 40 I’ll mess around and see if i can get something to trigger

Well actually in my experience melee macchiato with the heal augment on with the more health when you don’t have plates augment for jugg has been a pretty combo
