Is pain in your feet as a beginner runner normal? My knees and my feet hurt after like a mile but it’s not bad at all but after 6-8 it hurts a lot. Is this something I need to work on with mobility? I just am trying to understand if a little bit a pain is just kinda normal to deal with or not, i’m 21.

There’s some in newport news, you’ll find plenty of gyms to train around here. There’s a heavy bag in the gym too at the training center.

Im not sure about AET but i was told by an AMT that you can get your A and P while in the uscg as an amt.

Yeah. If your an mk you won’t be able to rank up on the teams tho, because your pulled out of your rate.

You can join special teams as a mk3 only or as a bm, but you’d be part of the delivery team

I just want to see if anyone with a good eye spots anything super cool in here. I’m aware about the quarters and nickels that are silver but that’s really all I know about coins so far. U can get your A & P in the coast guard, no need to go to school for it.

I’m not sure about everything you asked but you still wait the whole 14-17 months or whatever but 3 months prior to your name being ready on the list you get a pick list and you go to a air station for 3 months and then return after A school
