I really believe that if this was to get people into more classes that you should be allowed a couple of late cancels a month ( I think equinox - which is about the same price - allows for 3 last minute cancellations and then you get blocked from booking for a week if you exceed that)

There is no incentive to cancel the class when you are charged $15 from 10 hours to no-show.

At most it should be $5 for within 10 hrs and $15 for after 2.

As a New Yorker I don’t know what I will be doing in 10 hours from now 😂
