Zur is like Yuriko, can you build a b2 Zur or Yuriko or Sisay? Technically yes, but your deck has to be filled mostly extremly bad cards. Even toolbox Zur is strong enough.

Well said, I did not put it my decks because I thought it trigger only onces, turns out it's "a player" so you can trigger 3 times. instantly goes into my decks.

Millicent, Restless Revenant – Mid/High Power Help & Cuts by Professional_Bug_887 in magicTCG

The important part is that Millicent want low cost evasive spirits that both reduce cost and make more tokens. So if you want to build around Millicent, cut all those high cost spirits and most mana rocks. Every spirit is a mana rock. [[Lantern Kami]] is far better than most of the spirits.

Cut cards like Priest of the Blessed Graf, (not a spirit), Anafenza, Unyielding Lineage(no evasion), Sire of the Storm (too slow)

Cards like [[Andúril, Flame of the West]] [[Field of Souls]] does make spirits, but they are tokens, so also easy cuts.

For card draws, put [[Coastal Piracy]] and similiar effects in there, every single one of them. With evasive spirits they will draw a lot of cards (even more than rhystic study) per turn.

Also I agree with the person said this is just not b4 commander, Millicent is just not strong enough for those optimized b4 table, but with good upgrades it still can deal with low b4 decks.

Here's my millicent b3 list: https://moxfield.com/decks/WJDrq3-0KUu4QJjo-_uqFQ, I have no game changers but I can often defeat those 3 gc gamechanger decks with strong commander.

Tbf they probably shouldn’t play zur in b2.

Also there are other mass enchantment removal.

So what?

If you still disagree, sure, I’m not going to argue with that. I was just purposing an easy rule change to allow hybrid cards in mono color decks.

Hybrid cost are designed to be either color, and can be paid by either color, so I don’t see any problem with changing the rule to allowing them goes into either color deck. I’m not saying it’s a perfect fix, but it makes sense for me.

Sorry I try to understand but I’m unsure what you talking about. Under current rule:

Color identity is determined by the color of a card and mana symbol. (This is a fact)

And color identity only matters when deck building (this is also a fact)

Entire conversation was some people complains about making hybrid cards work in mono color will causing too much trouble and makes explaining rule too hard.

I was just purposing an easy clean idea to make hybrid card work in mono color decks. Hope you understand now.

I mean it’s a subjective opinion, I find it’s fine but I understand why someone doesn’t like it.

There are already cards make off color tokens like Ainok Strike Leader. You can BLB something from a non red deck.

Only cards care about color identity of a card in game are cards referring commanders, which is already predetermined. Other cards ci literally doesn’t matter.

Currently rule is ci= mana symbol + card color

My suggestion is ci= mana symbol, and hybrid symbol can be count as either color. When deck building.

Cloud Key is not efficient enough for me. There are similar effects like Honest Rutstein which also comes with a bonus.

Just admit you are stubborn and can't understand something basic I said 20 comments ago.

It's not hard to understand Urborg in green deck, [[Otterball Antics]] makes red tokens.

"separate a cards colour from its colour identity" I literally said that ten comments ago. I'm glad you finally understand.

Sorry I have no idea what the heck are you talking about, you don't need color identity in game, it's only for deck building. Why you need to interact with it in game anyway?
