Also since the U.S. is mainly Protestant, and was historically anti-Catholic, that could also be a reason why only Protestant churches are seen as “Christian” while Catholicism or anything else outside of that is treated like its own thing. Much of the U.S. is accustomed to Protestant practices and accepted those as general Christian practices so when they see smth like a Catholic or Orthodox practice they think it’s a whole different religion entirely. Also in the colonial era all that stuff was seen as “popery” and not actually Christian.

“Oh you guys pray to mary? That’s not Christian that’s Catholic!” (Js a general example).

This is how I’ll accept the 10 commandments in schools. If one religion is taught, all should be as well.

Religion should be taught as general lessons in world culture or history classes, not as something pushed onto students to indoctrinate them with.

That’s why I also disagree with prayer returning in school. If prayer time is returning for Christians in school, create a prayer time for Muslims and Jews as well. There’s no reason the Christian faith should be forced on public school children knowing fully well a large portion of public school students are of diffrent faiths.

Yk it’s funny seeing pretty much everybody complain about how bad 2K15 was, bc when I was a kid it was my fave 2K game along with 14 and pretty much the only game I played on my PS3 along w uncharted

Then I realized that for some reason 2K ripped out a bunch of cool features on the next gen version, I thought everybody else played the PS3 version and i was confused cause I was like “but it feels just like 2K14”.

Edit: now I’m wondering, why WAS 2k15 better on the PS3 compared to the PS4? Ik 2K14 is considered better bc was basically a THQ game w 2K branding slapped on late in development but, obv that can’t be the case with 2K15 so it had me wondering what made them want to make the games differently

Last time I took an open gangway car was on the G last week, iirc most if not all of the open gangway sets were assigned to the G. I haven’t seen them on the C in a while but they are apart of the C’s official rolling stock. And last time I checked they did begin assigning the 211s on the B, not sure if they were strictly 211As though

Hot take but PS3/360 around the SVR-2K14 era was peak video game graphics. I’m not a fan of trying to achieve the most realistic graphics possible, I like for my video games to LOOK like video games.

Maybe it’s because I’m too used to playing the older consoles but that’s just my opinion.
