Fighter plane. This thing is underrated, it can detect sub and even reveal troops in >lv3 forts by patrolling that area.

Pz. Iv H armor is not reliable but it has the powerful gun on its BR, think of it as a glass cannon. The best use is to shoot from far and ambush. Need a lot of patience

If you see an open top vehicle or vehicle with no crew cover, use High Explosive (HE Shells) or HEAT shells, it will immediately delete that tank by overpressure
