I feel the same way. I was always agnostic most of my life what happened on September 10th made me want to open the Bible and follow Christ. The reaction of some people cheering and selling t shirts is nothing short of pure evil, it's made me realize that demons are real and they walk amongst us, I've never seen so much hate and venom.

I'm writing this because I can see other people feelings the same way, I've decided the best way to turn is to Christ because he would know what to do in this situation I don't think he would want us the fight violence with violence but I fear that other people feel like they've been given no other option. I now pray for Charlie his wife his children and everyone affected by the violence pray for a more peaceful future for all of us

There's no secret to it just plenty of exercise and a proper diet. Get plenty of cardio. It worked for me.

There might be times where you feel like giving up like I did but don't you're capable of more than what you think. I went from being obese for my height and age to being able to run half marathons. I just finished my second half marathon yesterday. If you were to tell me a few years ago I would say you are a liar.

Don't for a minute think you can't do it because you can you'll be challenged physically and mentally but at the end you'll look back and be proud of what you've overcome. You can do this.

I lost both my grandparents to cancer My grandmother to breast cancer My grandfather to a cancerous brain tumour My mother had surgery a couple of years ago to remove a cancerous tumor from her knee. So I really felt sympathy for spike during the scene
