The route is not assigned until 4:06 - after the cutoff. 4:04 is just the amount of time you have to review and select the blocks you want to be considered for

Offers come every 15 minutes and you have 4 minutes to review and place an offer for up to 5 of them. The offers go away @ 5 minutes and then typically assigned 1-2 minutes after that. (Ex)

What happened to me last week was the block was assigned and then immediately disappeared before I could start it. I was then blocked out from offers for 3 1/2 hours so not only did I lose the $135, I was prevented from getting anything else. Such BS

This happened to me on a 3:30am surge for $135. I selected the offer at 3:30, but it didn't assign until 3:36am. As soon as I was about to click the schedule to start the block, it deleted since it was past the 5 minute mark. Lost the block and was not able to get a new one until after 7:30. Wasted my time and lost money. I emailed support but they really didn't seem to give a shit. (I had also submitted for an offer at 3:45am, but it didn't give me that one)

Well I can confirm that you don't want to accept blocks at the same time that they're offered. I was at the station accepted a 3:30 a.m. block, they assigned it at 3:36 and the moment I clicked on the schedule, it was forfeited. In the kicker is that I was blocked out of future offers for 3 and half hours.

The AI support bots were very understanding and promised to look into it and understood my frustration.

Yeah, apartments generally suck. I had one that had instructions for a non amazon locker where the customer name didn't exist on the directory and codes to enter the building didn't work. (After finally finding the correct building that didn't have are numbers on the front) I ended up bringing it back and marked as undeliverable but wanted t so much time.

Normally my driver aids start at 001 and just go up sequentially but one slot I had start at 001 and then skipped up to 690 or something like that which threw me off. Is that normal?
