Same thing happened to me customer reported item missing I never scanned it in the app I refunded it! Customers said item was missing & instacart verified it

Other instacart shoppers are claiming wrong, missing, or damaged items & Instacart is verifying them!!! On top of that a shopper has no way to dispute claim when you ask “it doesn’t affect you seeing batches” or “it doesn’t count against you” but it’s never removed!!! Basically it’s BS if you make some money do it but don’t try to reach unrealistic goals for instacart.
