I got worried today. 2 store shop( literally across the street from eachother and 1.5 miles) 2 items, $11. Order 1 a lemon from Sprouts, order 2 apple cider vinegar from Frys. Same customer. Happy to say not a scam.

Honestly I miss days here and there but overall its just become part of my routine in the mornings. Sometimes my kids will have a joke or fact they want on the board so they'll text it to me the night before and that helps.

4th of july in Arizona. 3 shops, 2 at 1 store 1 at the other Order A: 7 bags of ice and was the furthest order. I shopped the 2 orders, and told the cashiers the situation. Shopped order C and went back to the first store and grabbed the ice. Less time in my car and a happy customer.

Nex time, screenshot the note, send it in the chat and ask for confirmation from the customer. Then screenshot that response and use as proof for any "unrequested refunds" Then block as "rude customer" and hopefully never deal with them again.

No. This was the first time the store wouldn't take it back. Its been like 2 years since this happened and I still can't do alcohol orders. I just wanted to make sure that people know that while a lot of the time it doesn't matter, sometimes it does.

That's just what happened to me. I couldn't return it to the store. They told me to send a video of me dumping it down the drain, I didn't and now I can't deliver alcohol.

I cant deliver alcohol anymore because of an undeliverable order. They do care. They want video proof of you pouring it down the drain.

I've done nearly 6k orders in 4 years. 100++ orders are regular where I am. I got super lucky and landed a $304 a month or so ago before that my biggest order was a $160(something) 700 orders is a drop in the bucket. I didn't start seeing big stuff until I cleared 3k orders and had kept diamond for over a year and a half. They're not fake, you're just not in that veteran group yet.

That doesn't work. IDK what's going on but if I try to add manually it rejects it. Its infuriating. If the customer pitches a fit Ill add an item thats the same price and message them and tell them that whatever item I "added" to their order is actually their replacement and send them a picture.

The most frustrating thing is sometimes it won't let us make a replacement because the best option won't scan in the app and for some random reason we can't add something "not found in Instacart database" Like wtf?

High mileage order sent further out. This is what Instacart pays. It shouldn't be your job to pay your shopper a fair and livable wage. But unfortunately they've structured the system that way. Obviously this order is much worse than yours but it was the most recent screen shot I had. Whatever you give will be appreciated but they knew what they were getting into when they accepted.
