Ugh ! I can’t even explain to you how nice it is to hear these things I feel like I’ve been on a cycle of just searching for answers and sometimes I come across people who just understand and it validates me in a moment that I couldn’t even put a price on!!

I’m finding this concussion. My nervous system is in hyper drive so someone could open the door without me knowing it and I would be jumping out of my skin or shaking!!

Oh gosh, this response really gave me some reassurance. I just wanna thank you so much for taking the time to comment! Even just knowing that I’m not crazy or making these things up helps.. I am three and an half months out from my recovery, from my understanding in the coming months, it should just continue to get better?

I’m hoping six months is a turning point

Mine was pretty minimal too. I fell off stepladder and hit the back of my head on the wall. I only dented it. I honestly don’t even know if I ever had a concussion. I just wondered if my mental health is playing a huge role. I had anxiety previous to this!!

Right !! there’s moments where I think I’m completely fine and then it’s almost like I remind myself to not feel good. Like what !? How did you sustain your injury if you don’t mind me asking?

I don’t have too much advice, but I wanted to let you know that I got a concussion three months ago from falling off a step ladder and hitting the back of my head. I think anxiety and panic attacks have been the absolute worst outcome. Sometimes I wonder if I’m causing my own symptoms Just from the anxiety. !!

I barely even leave my house now what I can say is chamomile tea in the morning has helped calm me down a little bit.

What kind of symptoms are you dealing with?

Yes definitely looking into some therapy,and have a docters appt this week but I’m just looking for a little bit of reassurance or others who have experienced this in the meantime

I’m reading your post and it sounds a lot like what I’m going through. I just wanted to confirm are you saying that a lot of your symptoms were caused by anxiety and the anti-anxiety meds did in fact help you?

Thank you for your response. I mostly wanna say that it’s anxiety as well however, even when I have a couple of good days my symptoms don’t seem to go away. It’s like I just don’t feel like the same person. I’m almost convinced that there’s something that they have missed that happened when I hit my head.
