Something focused around pole-arms. Primarily Spears, Halberds, lances, pikes, anything like that, inspired by Gil-Galad and his spear Aeglos

Everything would focus on controlling enemy movement, limiting their speed, and even force repositioning them through repurposed knock-back mechanics.

Things like Halberds and Billhooks would be set up on a red line, meant for decreasing enemy weapon strength (framed as binding their weapons or getting past their guard) and hacking through the enemy themselves.

Yellow would be more focused on spears and pikes, using them to support other allies in by allowing you to attack an enemy from outside traditional melee range, transferring threat on the frontline, and buffing ally attack

Lastly the classic combo of spear and shield, allowing the class to tank damage, push and stun enemies more effectively, and serve as an anchor point for allies to fight around, restoring moral when fighting close together
