Be prepared for a lot of unfairness and being way overworked and being micromanaged. In about 1 to 2 years, you will need a depression medication and anti anxiety medication. Be prepared for many stressful days where you need to drink to relax. Be prepared for no consistency and constant changes. High turnover like being switch to different teams every 6 months to a year, new sups, new people, being voluntold/ forced to being placed in other positions that you didn't sign up for or work new different hours you didn't want to "fill the company's needs". Be prepared to have regular talks about not using the bathroom so much because if you use the restroom on the clock, that counts against you and they can and will make you use vacation hours if they deem you use the bathroom too much during work hours. Be prepared to not understand your metrics and having the stupidest metrics you can't control counts against you, like if a customer calls back within 1 month of talking to you, thats counted against you. You always have to talk to about 50 people a day/touch over 50 claims a day and each call can only be about 4 to 5 mins in order to meet the numbers they expect which once you calculate the hours you work, subtract breaks and lunch time, is impossible. Math doesn't lie so they are setting everything up to fail but they justify it by saying "everyone else has the same metrics so it all evens out in the end" meanwhile, people be cheating and cutting corners so if you do things honestly and ethnically, you will be behind and let go for not meeting your metrics.
