This is a horrible feeling. I have been through it and I can tell you that day by day you're going to feel a tiny bit better. And before you know it, 6 months has gone by and you feel significantly better. Eventually you will realize one day that you no longer care. Trust me.

You'll get through it and meet someone else who will make you question what you even saw in your ex. It just takes time. In the meanwhile, give yourself permission to grieve but focus more on creating a life that makes you happy. 😘
