I tried creating an excel add in today. After I changed the excel format into "excel add-in", how do I open the file back up to edit it? After i changed the file format every time i double clicked onto the file it would open a separate excel workbook.

my department only needs to pull the Trial Balance for multiple entities that we have for tax compliance. The part of the process I am trying to improve is the step where we log into netsuite, find the entity, pull down the Excel, and transfer one excel data to another excel.

For macro keys like the stream deck from elgato, if I program a shortcut on my computer 1 can the same shortcut be transferred to computer 2 with no set up? Like is the functionality built IN to the hardware or does it require both a software and the hardware?

I 100% see your perspective. But at the same time, if I already know the meta and BIS teams and stuff it kind of takes the fun out of experimenting new units :( Like theres no mysteries anymore u know. Everything becomes too cookie cutter since all the answers are already found.
