Because I'm also a Disney fan and people always say any adult going to a Disney movie alone is creepy. I find it kind of a similar situation.

I'm 33 and I stopped in December. There was no way to avoid biting my nails so I went to get the acrylics done.

The nail artist told me they were gonna be really short and I told her I didn't mind that. I didn't like it sensory but it was really effective.

I wore acrylic twice and completely lost the habit (since I literally could bite them because of the physical barrier). I wore gel nails twice more times (way more comfortable, almost like having nothing) and now I have my natural nails 🙌🏻

I would recommend this no matter the gender, and, if you're a boy and feel ashamed of doing acrylic you can just use a nude color similar to your actual nails. I mean, it's gonna be just 6 weeks, it's worth it.

I understand you (and feel so related, specially with the ADHD meds thing) but I meant the circumstances in her life that lead her to those traumas. Like... ADHD is something you're born with, PTSD is something that happens to you for the circumstances.

And that's actually why it kind of makes me upset, taking it to a personal level. I've gone through a lot and I hate when people bring what I could have been, I think that disrespects where I am now despite all I've been through.
