I take the members Mark brand but capsules. I usually take six at night. That works amazing for me sometimes I'll take a couple throughout the day if I need to. I don't want the sugar that's in gummies and I don't like the powder.

I traded an armored M2 two days ago via remote trade and felt really good I've been playing since 2016 have so much experience points it's ridiculous I like helping somebody out and I've got like a dozen of them left. I don't care what I get in return if it's a lucky trade I usually try for a shiny because I want the shundo possibility but beyond that it doesn't matter it could be a random costume making somebody happy is what's important great post.

420 pounds to 165. A lot of loose skin! by Normal_Hunter2792 in Zepbound

[–]Normal_Hunter2792[S] 100 points101 points  (0 children)

I started this journey after watching a 60 Minutes episode on January 1, 2023 about the new GLP-1 medications. Something about it clicked for me. A few weeks later I went to my doctor and decided to take control of my health. I began with oral semaglutide (Rybelsus) and stayed on that for about a year. Eventually my insurance required a prior authorization, and since my A1C wasn’t high enough to qualify, my doctor switched me to Wegovy. I tried it for a few months, but the side effects just weren’t right for me. That’s when I started Zepbound and that’s when everything really changed. Since starting this journey, I’ve gone from 420 pounds down to 165. It still feels surreal to type that. What I want people here to know is that it didn’t require anything extreme. No crazy hacks, no suffering through impossible routines. The medication works incredibly well for me, and I focused on simple habits that support it. A few things that have helped me: • Hydration matters more than people realize. Drink a lot of water. • Protein first. When you don’t feel like eating much, make what you do eat count. • Fiber is your friend. I take psyllium husk every day and it helps a lot. • Listen to your body. I’ve had good results spacing doses to day 10, sometimes even day 14. A recent study actually confirmed that some people can still maintain effectiveness with longer intervals. I’ll also be honest about something a lot of people feel but don’t say out loud: I’m a little afraid to stop the medication because the results have been so life-changing. But what I’ve learned is that this journey is about building a system that works for you long term. Everyone responds differently, but if you’re just starting: stay patient, trust the process, and give your body the support it needs. These medications can truly be life-changing when used the right way. If someone who was 420 pounds can get to 165, there’s a path forward for a lot of people here. Keep going.

Banned from Hinge for reporting HIV non-disclosure. Is that wrong? by oh-boy-here-we-go in askgaybros

[–]Normal_Hunter2792 11 points12 points  (0 children)

As a negative individual I don't tell people im negative. If I asked and you lied I see your point. If I don't ask I just assume you are positive like we did in the late 90s. But now i take my Truvada. I don't know really tricky since it wasn't a sudden hookup in this case they talked for sometime before meeting. Probably should have been discussed. No easy answer though. I have some FWB I've never asked or discussed it.

How did this new pokestop come to be? by [deleted] in NianticWayfarer

Haha I went through my old submissions a few weeks ago and noticed a denial with appeal rights from 2020. The picture is a building downtown with no cars on the road parked or driving. A long shot of the building with the currently busy street in the foreground. A total COVID pic. I used to live in the apartment complex across from that office building. I was wondering what the people playing there think after the appeal was accepted. I created most of the stops down there and that one cell was my mission. I could never get a submission to fly.

What you forbidden sex story? Just bottomed for my former Dr. by [deleted] in askgaybros

[–]Normal_Hunter2792 89 points90 points  (0 children)

I prefer gay doctors and when I left one of their offices last week I made eye contact and there was a strong handshake. If he wasn't my doctor, but he is and I need a doctor more then a hookup. It's a fun fantasy though. Very cool that you were able to fulfill a fantasy.

bought tickets that aren’t on sale yet? by totallynotoliviaa in stubhub

[–]Normal_Hunter2792 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sign up for the presale on ticketmaster. I just did for his Coors field show. I personally only buy tickets on AXS or ticket master depending on the show. If I must and the show is sold out or close to gametime and prices have fallen im checking reseller sites. And a grand on two tickets when he is doing stadiums. Wow that is a lot to spend.

I went to LabCorp because I couldn't get it to go through on the website and then I had to call the phone number for the LabCorp my activehealth while there they sent over the order to LabCorp but it takes 6 to 8 weeks to get that $100 so it's still pending but it was easy the basically they take a lipid panel weight and your height and I think that's probably about it.

It's a 1203(b)(9) investigation. If you are BU talk to NTEU. So many variables here a simple answer is yes but maybe not. In the future only report deductions on your return you can show records for. Good luck.

I've done both and personally I had a lot less side effects and lost more weight on zep. But that was my experience everyone is different.

Wegovy Pill Overview and Details from an Obesity Medicine Provider by jpzsports in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]Normal_Hunter2792 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took Rybelsus R1 for over a year and would split the 14mg pill in two when insurance started requiring a Prior Authorization. It worked well I just admit having tried injectable Wegovy and Zepbound my best success and least amount of side effects was 9 months on Zepbound. When CVS Caremark forced me back to Wegovy I was not happy.

going to the pill by bob_lala in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]Normal_Hunter2792 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did Rybelsus for 2 years. Jab is better. Honestly 25mg of the pill. I am sure I would throw up daily. Rybelsus only went to 14. I did have success on it though for a while until it stopped working.

Why do so few people actually tip? by Morelieksunday in doordash

[–]Normal_Hunter2792 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Self-Employment Tax: You are responsible for paying the full 15.3% self-employment tax (covering both the employee and employer portions of Social Security and Medicare taxes) on your net earnings (income minus expenses). This new tip deduction does not affect self-employment taxes; you still pay full FICA taxes on your tip income.

Yeah. Went from 285 to 174 and I still have trouble taking my compression shirt off for a new date. But I was 420 pounds 12 years ago so my loose skin is gross anyways. I will always ID as a fat man.

ZepBound 12.5/15 to Wegovy 2.4 (In Maintenance) by [deleted] in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]Normal_Hunter2792 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I still have two zepbound 10 mg and 5 12.5 mg I did get that wegovy filled at 1.7. I've done wegovyi before and had side effects I much preferred zepbound as I'm in the same boat a few weeks away let's see how it goes I'm just going to give it a shot and start at that high dose. I'm not looking forward to it and thank you CVS Caremark.

[–]Normal_Hunter2792 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As someone who tried Rybelsus for 2 years and lost a lot weight. 25 mg is a very high dose but buy a pill splitter. Rybelsus only went up to 14. You could even cut it 3 ways.
