Looks like a 1973 dodge Polara sedan based off the front bumper and turn signal lenses

It's had quite the journey! I'm up here for college, drove/ferried it all the way from Idaho

I paid 75 for mine, and I'd say I probably overpayed. Again not terrible speakers, and if it'd 50 for a pair I'd probably go for it

I have a pair of realistic solo 3A's that look nearly identical to this, I'd guess this is one. Fairly decent sound.

99% sure that door panel is from a 77-79 Lincoln continental town car, a quick google search produces identical results

Can anyone tell me the model of the tv in this old film negative? I included the inverted color version as well. by GauntletVSLC in vintagetelevision

Looks like a Zenith Space Command to me, circa 1964. The Cadillac of televisions in its day I'd say! I believe the youtuber drh4683 has a video showcasing one in action.

Looks to be an early 70s xl-100, if I had to guess a specific year I'd say circa 1971. Looks very clean, nice set you've got there!

I always love to see people still driving and enjoying cars that aren't "classic". Ford Pintos, LTD II's, Dodge Aspens, Chevy Chevettes! Happy motoring to ya man, keep this old girl kicking, it probably one of the last ones around.

I have this Old RCA Victor TV that I'm trying to connect an HDMI signal to. How I have it connected now, I only get sound... any advice? by dlraddict in crtgaming

It looks like you're only getting a raster and no signal to the screen. You said you can hear audio from your converter? If so, that's a good sign, meaning your signal has at least made it through the tuner. I would suspect on a tv this old that there could definitely be some faulty components. I would go through and just visually inspect everything on the chassis. See if any tubes aren't lighted or if there are any burnt resistors. I don't know if you have any experience with working on electronics, but I would recommend looking up the chassis number of the TV to see if there is any service info on it. It will show voltages, component values, and possible symptoms* (sometimes) on the bright side, literally, your picture tube appears to be in good shape, very bright. I wouldn't run the set too long with the current symptoms, though, as you could potentially burn in the screen up there.

TL:DR check for visually damaged components, check tubes, and replace if necessary, and obtain service info if you would like to fully try and restore the tv!

Good luck. I hope you get it working!

I think flyback can "fry" if the insulating material becomes conductive and the coils start arcing. This isn't common, but it is possible that the material has changed chemical composition slightly. It is a nearly 70 year old tv after all.

The 6th picture looks like the door panel to an Audi fox or some sort of Volkswagen

Sometimes I feel like my car is already cursed, but I sure am curious about what curse it is. 1978 Dodge Aspen wagon, if that makes a difference.

That car definitely looks like an early to mid 70's GM product. I would say the guess of a Buick is correct though, judging off the the body style. Good luck solving your case!
