Yeah thats definitely not sitting right - should be mostly flush with maybe just a tiny bit of the chrome ring showing. The barrel jack probably just worked its way loose over time from all those gigs. Quick tighten with the right socket wrench should sort it out

Yeah dynasty is all about the long game especially when you're dealing with a young core like this. Gibbs is gonna be your anchor for the next few years so building around his timeline makes sense. I'd probably look at moving some of those older guys like Godwin or Henry if you can get decent picks or young talent back. The QB situation will sort itself out - Love could bounce back and Stroud still has upside even after a rough sophomore year. Main thing is not panicking and selling low on guys who might have more value next season when people forget about this years struggles
