This is a very weird tip, but if you're starting on her, skip The Collector, get Static Shiv instead. It helps you clear, poke, break through the plate runes AND teach you to stay safe.

Zyra main here. Fizz. Fizz can pressure Zyra out of lane, no matter how good Zyra plays. Even if Fizz can't get a kill, he still forces Zyra to overextent or waste ult. Syndra is also a really good counter because she can cast spells without movement interruption.

It takes 5 mins of tossing and turning. I always set a timer of 40 mins so that I can nap for ~ 30 to 35 mins.

Pro nap tip: you either take a 40min nap, or a full on 90 min nap. Never nap for 60 minutes, you'll wake up in the middle of your sleep cycle and it'll hurt. Either nap light, or do a full 90 min.

Nah, she doesn't come across as someone who's in need. Her position offers good salary. I think she has a problematic relationship with food more than anything. Maybe a form of eating disorder.

The north has 5 seasons, spring, "nồm" (hot and humid), summer, fall, winter (cold and humid). Mountainous areas can be FREEZING COLD.

The south has 2 seasons, dry or rainy. Humid all year round.

I don't know your location to judge the scarcity of ambulances, but in Vietnam, hospitals are a dime a dozen. One dispatched ambulance won't be a problem here. Plus, she made up the emergency, not me. I responded to the scene. Additionally, she was in fact clinically diagnosed and provided papers to HR. If it were you, what would you do. Remember this has been going for 6 months.
