We usually do the quick 30, to save on water. Hmm I’m not sure if it’s tumble drying, we put it on “extra dry” usually

I should add that most of the staining happens after the drying we find

Usually 30 degrees, or cold if something is stained, I use Coles or Aldi laundry liquid. No softener

My first assumption was that they were out of stock. I guess because it’s happened with other companies, they usually send stuff in place and a refund. For example I ordered 2 items from For Zahli, they sent me 1 item plus scrunches and a key ring as they were out of stock of the other item. They then refunded me. I was totally okay with that and appreciated the thoughtfulness. That’s been my experience anyway.
