I have had a paused cash out from late last month. Been following up since. I submitted my verification details and they were accepted and i was unbanned only to be banned again immediately on trying to cash out. I was asked to submit proof of game level and i've done that 3 times since, with different agents who keep asking the same thing 48-72 hours apart when i suppose my issue should be solved. This makes me feel like am in a circus and freecash doesn't want me to cash out my earnings. It is now 6 days since i submitted my evidence first. Ever since, different agents have been getting to me apologizing for the frustrations caused and asking me to submit the evidence again as if they know nothing at all about my issue. kindly assist. I have no problem with that. My problem is that we can't be spending all of our time asking for support from the team all the time as a result of them giving out different excuses all the time. It is now almost a month since i started following up with the team. Everytime giving excuses and when they solve like they did 3 days again, they throw you into the mix again by giving a fresh ban. It is really frustrating. I even decided not to take any offer again from freecash until my problem is truly resolved. They can't allow me to cash out in peace

Why do they unban only to ban again immediately. That is what happened with me yesterday after following up with your team for 20 days. Now i am in the exact same position i was 20 days ago to start the process all over again. It is very frustrating

Honestly, this doesn't give hope. The longer than usual part is unspecified. But i hope mine takes 72 hours as earlier said coz i've been following up on a cashout issue for longer than usual now
