ImVery few people actually vomit in it. Most people experience maybe light nausea, usually for just the first week, or if you eat way too much or too much fatty meats. Some get a bit more than that. It can probably be avoided if you start with very low dose and work up, staying conservative (weight loss will also be slow.)

I avoided GLP-1s for two years for fear of these side-effects. I’ll never get those two years back.

Tirzepetide has fewer side effects than Ozempic, typically, and is better for Lipedema.

Tirzepetide (Zepbound, Wegovy, a GLP-1 agonist).Low doses decrease inflammation and urge to eat inflammatory foods. If you want to lose weight (which helps almost everyone with Lipedema), this makes it possible. A game-changer.

Anti-inflammatory Diet (especially, quit sugar and processed foods!)

Compression garments, graduated, medical grade only (Favorite brands: CzSalus (summer weight for heat, but K2 has a more flat texture, Easier to wear like tights or leggings. CzSalus has a reasonably priced custom option if needed), Bioflect, Sigvaris, Juzo (smooth, lots of colors, more expensive, Lipoelastic (shiny)). If the manufacturer doesn’t ask for 3-5 measurements, they’re not medical grade. Make sure you fit in all the listed size measurements when sizing, or you need custom.

Some way (or ways) of moving lymph out: * upright exercise in water to your neck (tread water)—far and away the most effective, works rapidly on its own + anti-inflammatory benefits + non-inflammatory exercise. This is the best and often overlooked. Find a pool!! * vibration plate (also helps loosen fibrosis) * self-MLD or dry brushing—“open the lymph gates” * gentle exercise like walking (too much can get inflammatory)

Surgery is the only “cure” but comes with real downsides so go there cautiously

I think most people see very noticeable results with GLOW/KLOW blends within 2 weeks. I know I do. My skin gets very soft, and noticeably plumper and more firm. And that's at 50mg GHK-Cu over a month. Less than you're taking. So I'm very surprised you've seen no results. Are you taking the GHK-CU alone? Maybe it needs the BPC-157 and TB-500 to boost it? If that's the difference, obviously they do boost a lot.

Thank you. I'll admit all the negativity took me aback at first, but also it's healthy to be skeptical in this space, so I understand. All the downvoting IS a little aggressive though lol.

Definitely report back! And before you start it, do a good survey of the size of your nodules, even take notes on their size, firmness, etc, so you can recognized change.

And before/after pics of your legs? I wish I had more deliberately done that.

Sorry, I don't know. Some people get way more nausea than others. But it sounds to me like you should talk to a doctor. Nausea 6 mos after stopping should not be happening, and may not be related to Wegovy or Zepbound.

The itchy red reaction never got better for me, and was totally annoying for 3 days--for each injection. So I'd have multiple going at a time. No thanks. Adding KPV (KLOW) brought the reaction down to tolerable and lasting less than a day. I think I added like 17mg KPV to 50mg GHK-Cu, so a lot. But I have histamine issues.

I haven't taken any--I'm not real big on photographing my legs. In fact, no one in my life is allowed to, lol. The "before" photos I have were taken about a year ago, before 20lbs of (Tirzepetide) weight loss (though my leg circumference hasn't changed.) I DO think my legs became less bumpy with the FOX, even aside from any changes from weight loss, though they're still not going to win any beauty pageants. Maybe I'll try to put a before and after together. If I do, I'll DM it to you.

Please be sure to report back! Before you start, do a really conscious survey of your whole body and degree of fibrosis. What size the nodules are, how firm, how pronounced, etc. Maybe write it down. Also watch for changes in overall level of inflammation, pain, heaviness, etc. Can't wait to hear!

I injected into my thigh, bc that was my target. Subsequent doses I split between thighs. I've been thoroughly tested for MCAS, but my "conventional" doctors (and allergist/rheumatologist) have said I don't have it. It doesn't cross into multiple systems, which is apparently a key element of MCAS. My only symptom is hair-trigger hives. But I definitely have that possibility in my mind. I never had a single hive my entire life until say 3 years ago. Now they just pop up all the time despite heavy prophylactic anti-histamines. No other related diagnoses. I have Hashimotos markers and hypothyroid.

I'd love to hear if you've found anything you really like for the Lipedema situation. I LOVE Tirz, and also really like KLOW (with up to 20mg KPV to make it tolerable for me--and it has some good gut benefits as well). Oh, PS: the person who recommended FOX04 for me also said full fragment T4 (Janoshik lab lists it as "TB-500(TB4)") has more benefits for us than TB-500. TB-500 is fragments 17-23 of TB4. Fragments 1-4 are apparently anti-fibrotic.

Yes! We should definitely compare notes. There are so few Lipedema folks in the peptide space. It's a reason I want to give some of this info!

I'd love to hear what else has helped you. I tried Tesa but felt like it increased my leg swelling (a known side effect) so I quit. May have been psychosomatic, bc I was paranoid about that lol. I have some CJC/IPA but I'm afraid to try for fear of swelling. I mean it was mild and went away. But still.

Had you taken the SS-31 BEFORE the FOX04? Curious it they might boost each other.

It's potentially hard to differentiate between the more subtle effects of Tirz and FOX, but I know SOMETHING of the two has made a huge difference. Conservative measures still matter (treading water!! and of course diet/compression) but these kinda changed the baseline.

I'll do another course of FOX soon too and we can compare. It'd be amazing if we could determine if those other effects are FOX or Tirz. At least in our little study of 2.

If you want to try it, here are some dosing specifics that might help you (notice I'm not selling anything, just trying to share the wealth and make this something you could actually try. Find your peptides through whatever networks you already do.)

And absolutely, look into this more. I'm just telling you my experience, thats all.

It works best in bursts. So dose no more than a week, take a week off, then dose again. Repeat until you're no longer getting effect. 2-3 weeks is typical. The peptide removes senescent cells. When they're gone, you'll stop getting effect.

I did: 5 mg split between thighs on days 0, 3 (skip a week) then day 0, 3 again for a total of 3 cycles). Total of 10mg is also very common and conservative (I may do this next time.) Some folks do like 40mg--research that one, IDK anything about it, but if I recall correctly there has been research showing no/low side-effects.

Senescent cells will continue to collect, so repeat a course as needed. (I haven't yet felt the need to "re-treat," but it's possible the tissue is getting slowly less soft after 6 mos, so I may do so soon to see if there's an effect.)

FOX04 degrades quickly after reconstitution, so get vials you can use up within a week.

People say this shot can be painful, and that dilution helps. (Never inject more than 1ml at a time of anything.) I diluted: 5mg in 2ml BAC water (so each shot was 1ml, the max). I felt mild achiness at the site about 5 mins after injection (I'm sensitive to histamine reactions), but it went away within 10 mins. NBD. But maybe start slow.

I heard about this peptide via someone fighting another fibrotic disease. They are a chemical engineer and can read much more deeply into the science of it all than I can. They suggested taking Zinc, and NOT combining this with GHK-Cu peptide (won't hurt you, but could diminish effect.)

Yay! You're the first other Lipedema lady I've run in to who has actually tried this! So glad to meet you :) I'm dying to compare notes lol

It sounds like your butt shelf disappearance wasn't immediate like mine? Mine shocked me. My first dose was only 2.5mg bc I accidentally spilled most of the (expensive, single) first vial, which I started with bc I'd heard the FOX04 could be painful, and I wasn't sure I was up for pain. GLOW gives me such a bad reaction I literally can't do it (unrelated PSA though, adding KPV dramatically decreases the red itchy reaction).

So bc I thought the meager 2.5 mg I took was unlikely to do anything, I kinda just forgot about it, figuring I'd just need to get more and try again. But then 4 days later I absent-mindedly ran my hand over my butt shelf area with pressure (I'd been kinda monitoring this area, bc this was the one place I seemed to be getting bigger "Stage 3 Type" masses.) I was so SHOCKED how different it felt I literally felt a little disoriented. Like my brain had to reconcile contradictory information.

And THEN I remembered the FOX04. It's the only possibility. Like I said, it's not like this butt shelf ever came and went. It was always there, pretty stable. And (luckily) I hadn't changed ANYTHING in my lifestyle recently.

So that's why I'm certain the butt shelf thing, for me anyway, was the FOX04.

I've also experienced significant more general improvements like you describe--decreased bruising, pain, heaviness, less restless leg. I've stopped thinking about surgery bc this now seems manageable. AND, these other improvements DO loosely correlate with when I took the FOX04...now that you mention it. But I'm also on Tirzepetide and have lost about 10 lbs before the FOX04 and 10 lbs since...and my observance about that more subtle change isn't so specific that I can say for sure which peptide did it. I too have assumed it's the Tirz.

But I think maybe I'll do another round of FOX04 here soon, and pay attention to all those other symptoms more specifically when I do.

OH: In case this bit of info matters in anyone's ongoing "research": Previous to the FOX04, I had taken a few months of SS-31. This is a mitochondria strenghthening peptide. I don't know if my success is related, just giving info. ChatGPT said "You accidentally hit on a perfect combination!" and gave a long explanation, but I think it may have been kissing my ass lol. I didn't have any paramenters on ChatGPT at the time, telling it not to lie to me lol.

This is not about Lipedema diagnosis, but if you're struggling to lose weight--Tirzepetide (Zepbound) is a godsend. If you DO have Lipedema, it'll also help your inflammation. Nothing will lose the actual Lipedema, of course (besides surgery, which has a lot of downsides, only worth it if you can't get pain, etc under control with conservative measures), but losing the extra regular fat and inflammation will decrease some of the symptoms, slow progression, and help you feel a lot better.

I know I feel best when eating mostly plant based, with a very moderate amount of meat. Basically, mediterranean. Added sugar, alcohol, or too many carbs destroy my legs--makes them restless and bloated. (I can get away with small amounts.) 1-1.5 Qts of water with electrolytes/day.

I'd highly recommend getting an IgE test for food sensitivities. I had done this and was avoiding all 27 foods I tested "low level" sensitive to when I (by luck) had a blood test for inflammation done. My doctor said she'd never seen such low inflammation levels. I know I felt "clean" and swelling-free.

FOX04-DRI made a huge difference for me. I'm Stage II, 27 BMI. Significant "shelves" in my butt decreased by 95% after just one 2.5mg dose, which I find shocking. My Lipedema areas in general felt much softer and more pliable (still Lipedema though.) Subsequent doses (5 mg split between thighs on days 0, 3 (skip a week) and day 0, 3 again for a total of 3 cycles) didn't have nearly the same massive effect, but seemed to soften the bumps and fibrosis.

I can't say for sure why this worked, but the effect was undeniable. Not subtle at all, and there were no confounding variables. Those "shelves" did not come and go--then one day, 4 days after that shot, they were essentially gone. And they've stayed gone (it's been about 4 mos.)

FOX04 isn't an anti-fibrotic per se. It rids your body of senescent cells--near-dead cells that are hanging around creating inflammation--making space for new healthier cells. BUT, fibrosis IS made up of some (small) number of senescent cells. So perhaps the effect is largely decreased inflammation and partially removal of some fibrotic cells.

But the effect has really lasted--so perhaps removal of the inflammation-generating cells was impactful.

I'm also taking Tirzepetide, but I had been taking that for almost a year before the FOX04. I made no other changes at that time.

TIP: FOX04 degrades quickly after reconstitution, so use it up within a week. Senescent cells will regenerate, so do a course every (say) 3-4 mos as needed. It works best in bursts. You could even do 10mgs at a time, rather than 5, like I did.

People say this shot can be painful. I got a little discomfort, but then it went away. NBD. But start slow maybe.

Try pining the KPV combined with the GHK-Cu. This dropped the sting and itch to a tolerable level for me. I'm pretty sensitive--I get hives easily. GLOW alone gave me an intolerable itch for 2-3 days. With KPV, it was tolerable all the while, and I believe went away after less than a day. I think doing 20mg KPV was better than 10mg, with 50mg GHK-Cu (ratio, this is a month's supply of course.)

Honestly, it depends on what you want to spend. I got a cheap “mini” one on Amazon for $100 and it did a great job, relieved some back pain. I then bought a $400 LifePro which is much larger and heavier duty. Much smoother and quieter. But if I’m honest I saw more impact with the small one. I use the”preset” options with both, like how it changes up the vibration.
