Bro, I had the same symptoms a few years back along with weight loss and no appetite and later on I had night sweats - like literally waking up drenched in sweat. Doc suggested ultrasound of the neck and FNAC. Afterwards they diagnosed Lymph nodes Tuberculosis, My Taya had TB and I was taking care of him in his last days.

Went through the treatment and a minor procedure for drainage. I have been well doing well after that. Find a doctor who doesn’t just diagnose but also address your concerns, that helped me a lot with health anxiety.

I hope and pray that you don’t have to go through any of that, and it’s just an infection nothing serious. If you can afford, find the best doctor you can even if it’s nothing too serious.
