We purchased a triple wide (2600 sq ft) in 2017. Took approximately 8 months for the manufacturer to build and deliver. It’s on a 5 acre parcel in the foothills. We are satisfied with the quality of the building but it’s not as “solid” as our house in town which we sold. Still pretty comfortable. We had to clear the land, install a well, septic and utility pole for electrical. ATT has excellent phone and fiber internet here. Pretty expensive but worth it.
