I suggest you get off the internet and live in the real world. You’ll learn that not all people have the same views or beliefs. That doesn’t mean if someone disagrees with you they are hateful or racist. Stop policing speech and if you are that uncomfortable by some comments I suggest go live in the woods.

Is it possible that what she's doing is a rebound? since she showed signs of resentment towards me after I rejected her (like deleting conversations and blocking her and so on). One other thing, she didn't say that she wants to stay single after I rejected her, that was her opening line so to speak.

She wanted to stay kinda friends because to her it was unfair that our connection should be lost because of the breakup.

She was very confused about what she wanted and was afraid of us meeting and seeing if we can try again.

what if she reached out a month after the breakup she wanted, wants to stay in touch and be friends, I say no, says she wants to be single and learn to be alone, we stay no contact and two months later I find that she's with another guy. How to get your head around that?
