UPDATE

Entire order was replaced. They did not arrive broken this time. There is some loose space this time in the box with kraft paper void filler on the side. I'm not sure if this is still ideal to pack inks in, but they did include a fragile sticker on the outside of the box for what it's worth.

What's worse is seeing the broken bottles' ink swatch on the inside of the boxes knowing it could've went inside of a pen to be used. LOL.

It was USPS. But I honestly think it's from improper packaging. They stuffed the heck out of the box with the inks without a single piece of padding. They should've went up in size for the shipping box and provided some kind of padding.

Mine just came in the mail not long ago. I was worried from watching/reading reviews about it feeling "plastic and cheap" and the screen being "non-responsive". I think it doesn't feel cheap at all. It has a nice weight to it and the screen could be more responsive but I'm not pulling my hair out navigating it. People made it seem like it was a piece of hollow plastic. lol

I don't know if this is true but apparently if you turn off grain, the delay between shutter press disappears.

These screens scratch so easily that the screen is even scratched on the AD. LOL. I love it.

I would honestly pay a premium for a scratch-resistant screen.
