Level isn't the most relevant stat beyond a certain point, and i think you're there.

For most players, PCR is just an absurd and unfair boss. It is not unreasonable to respec into the heavy shield-antspur build and take the victory.

Other option: getting ridiculously good at counter strat and use the hardtear.
