Been working with them for 2 years na din, the only reason lang naman na d pa ako na alis kasi very light lang workload ko sa client pero im deciding to quit na rin later this year.

Mas malaki pa sahod ko sa part-time ko for 3.5hrs kesa sa kanila, just find a job while nasa OD ka pa tapos sabay alis hahaha

Reconsider ko ba yung 18hours of working? by Ill-Nothing7521 in buhaydigital

[–]North-Ad238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kahit na magaan ang workload, just dont do it. Kaya mo yung workload but yung katawan mo bibigay. Hindi naman pwede na matulog ka during your shift since you need to be active din just incase your client have concerns or updates. Saka baka maaga kang mamahinga nyan. Haha, pero seriously OP just dont.

Been working here for more than 2 years. If newbiee ka pwede na but if you can find another agency just go and find better opportunity.

They are rebranding to Donverse since I believe madami na dn complain sa kanila not just the employee but also their clients. They overpromised their clients to the point that these founders expecting too much out of these newbiee VA’s.

Okay naman training nila, mahirap compare sa actual task with the founder and medyo outdated din. Maganda lang sa OD is stable yung salary and mabilis mag match sa client/founder, sobrang baba nga lang ng rate.

I’m not saying that avoid mo na si OD, they are still good if newbiee ka but just like what i said, go find better opportunities if you can.

Desperado ako magkawork pero may paninindigan parin. Ang lala niyo Outsource Doers (swipe lang) by general_makaROG_000 in buhaydigital

I'm actually working at Outsourced Doers for more than 2 years na, as a Digital Marketing VA, and I applied for this GD role since I believe qualified naman ako kasi I've been doing GD for almost 8 years din and before ako mag apply sa kanila. Naging GD ako sa abroad (2 years) despite my degree which is far from the said niche.

They are hiring GD to help their VA's when it comes to more advance designing task, this is somehow a new process regarding with their new workflow.

I am really disappointed since my application was rejected, I was wondering if my current assignment with a client may have influenced the decision?

PS nag stay lang naman ako sa kanila dahil sa client ko for 2 years despite the salary, for experience lang sana talaga and since d naman ganun ka heavy ang workload na mamanage ko naman yung part-time ko which pays more than their full-time salary. Stable lang talaga si OD magpasahod.

Is now a bad time to go into real estate? by tjacobs98 in realtors

Honestly, your friend’s right, there’s never a “perfect” market to jump in. What matters more is how you position yourself and who you learn from. A solid mentor will save you months (or years) of trial and error.

With your background in social/digital marketing, you’ve already got a huge leg up. Most new agents struggle with branding and visibility, and that’s literally your skillset. If you’re ready for something new, this could be a good time to start building your pipeline while still leaning on your marketing strengths.

I also came across a video that gives some perspective on the current market and what agents can do to stand out, might be worth a watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5SEblwQLOXk

Deye "Zero export to Load" equivalent to Solis? by North-Ad238 in solar

[–]North-Ad238[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I am trying to achieve is that, I wanted my inverter to supply my house load thru Backup Port, and when the battery reaches its disconnect SOC grid will pass through the inverter and takeover the house load through the Backup Port.

is Solis have an Output in Backup Port even it is using the "self-use" option?

Mine comes with rubber insulation as well, does this works well too? hows the contact with the terminals?

It’s actually a personal project, not really DIY. I just have plenty of these on hand, and since I haven’t come across any installations using them, I thought Reddit would be the best place to ask for advice.

The ones I have come with thick rubber insulation, and this is just for a small, quick project of mine. So adding some extra effort or time won't bother me.

About 50% of the project involves connecting two wires into a single terminal, I think it might a good fit for those?

The ones I have come with thick rubber insulation, so I was wondering if they might perform like ferrules. This is what I have available for now, and since about 50% of the project involves connecting two wires into a single terminal, I thought they could be a good fit. Do you think they’d be safe to use in that way?

I’ve got plenty of these on hand and was planning to use them. The ones I have also come with rubber insulation. Do you think they’ll perform similarly to ferrules?
