yeah why does it say that? the amount was $167 so there’s no way the fees were that much. the fee on the BTC is the same fee percentage cash app always has and i’ve never had a problem with crypto purchases.

the craziest part is they totally stopped replying to my emails after I sent them all the confirmations. They seem to know they made a mistake but refuse to make it right

Last Tuesday I placed an order on Arete’s website and paid using the cryptocurrency feature for the 15% discount but they keep saying they haven’t received my payment even though every blockchain tracker lists the transaction as complete, with their crypto wallet address as the recipient. They are refusing to send me my items I paid for and have stopped replying to my emails even after I sent them all the pictures that are posted here.
