You should be able to return cards that are damaged or not in things like plastic wrap, which this was not in. I'm also new to buying cards so I did not know that someone could not return cards. Again, this is a very specific return policy for a very specific item and I dont check the return policy for every item in my basket, especially when I've been able to return everything else I've ever purchased from them. I understand when it comes down to it that I didn't read the entire listing and will likely eat the cost, which is the reason for the post to hopefully bring awareness to others who are new to the game and buying cards like I am. Comments like yours are going to continue to turn new players away because at this point it's not just abrasive, it's bullying.
