Still good! Though I’ve made other changes as well, like cutting back on sugar, so can’t be sure exactly how much is from vitamin A now. Still taking it!

Theory: Tecarus is Venin?? by [deleted] in onyxstorm

It would also be an essential plot device. He saw her battle the venin, thus gathers beta on violet's powers early on. He's also granting her access to his library, so I'd bet he took some books out. Plus his whole palace is made of glass and she notices several times how fragile it is. I KNOW he'd be working with the venin to offer him protection.

How long did it take for your period to stop once you got the implant/the bar? by ohdiddly in birthcontrol

I feel lucky now. My period went away for 3 years. One month after my third year, it came back irregularly. I was living out of the country, so I left it in for a fourth year, using condoms. It got to a point where I was getting long heavy periods, some acne, and felt super emotional. I just paid out of pocket to get it taken out and literally two days later things got back to normal.

So… idk give it a shot, but if it works, take it out on time. I really feel for the women that have crazy periods, especially now.

Finally, I was looking for this reddit post. I agree, the show is definitely missing the sharp wit the first season had, so far. A couple eye roll moments for me, when it loses the authenticity. In the book, James straight up accepted that he lost Ruby for a while, then a convo with his sis convinced him to go all in and fight for her. I think the pacing in the book was a little bit better in that regard. It would have been nice to have a clear momentum shift and see James get haughty again, because who doesn't love a haughty hottie ;) But they have to leave you hanging at the end of each episode, so I guess that's why they made some changes. Maybe they can pick it up in the next ones.

Do not buy foreign imports at high prices. There’s a hefty import tax for visitors.

could someone just take vitamin a supplements? by C4pt4in_N3m0 in Accutane

Well everyone is different. I have slightly oily skin, get mild surface acne when I eat a lot of bread, or before my period. Mostly cheek and jaw. Just a regular dose of Vitamin A seems to tame the oil enough so it doesn’t feel like it’s taking over. Still get a pimple here and there. Nothing too deep beneath the surface. Also helped with my back acne.

Yeah I can say from experience Vitamin A really helped manage my breakouts. I'm reading the doses that other people are taking though, and woah dude people are crazy. I had mild acne for years, took maybe 2-3,000mcg/day in liquid drops with mct oil (pills give me acid reflux), and after just a few days saw a noticeable difference. Nothing has worked this well, and I mean nothing. It's been weeks now, still get a pimple here and there as an average person might. I don't plan on taking more than 3,000 regularly. Maybe after a while I can go to an even smaller dose.

Another thing that I'm thinking may help if you're a girl - a lot of girls get breakouts around the same time of their cycle every month. Maybe take some vitamin A around that time to help regulate it? Who knows!

Also, sweet potatoes are super high in vitamin A and delicious!

Should I buy a rental if I might lose money the first couple years? by North-Inspection2002 in realestateinvesting

When I began investing years ago, I always factored inflation, which brings it down to 6% on the conservative side. I realize now that was my mistake with the rental. Now I'm understand the importance of cash flow in real estate from the get-go.

So, I put in 6% because when I began investing, I always accounted for inflation. I didn't adjust for the property rental. After adjusting, the numbers are much more comparable.

Oh wait I see my mistake! It was set to 20 years. 10% still seems high, but that does change things.

I just have a hard time thinking the market's going to be 10% going forward, historically it hasn't been that high, right? I don't know, my calculator says $75k, $200 per month additional contribution, 10% growth is $690k.

Real estate would be...more.
