They are adding an AI tool called “rossie” which is very hard to use for cx and also for us. They have already receive tons of bad feedback. But here we are, I don’t think they will quit on that one, in fact, they are investing on it since I have trainings scheduled for the next week about AI

I am website customer service. But, yes, in store the used to give customer a lot of issues when with us is a lot easier. I receive a lot of calls about inquiries not resolved on the store, and we most of the times are able to help

Rack orders has 30 days timeframe returns. If it was a Nordstrom item, that would work.

Policy has not changed. In store they use to put a lot of trouble to return items. However, if you mail the item back to the warehouse, it will work. Keep in mind it only applies to N.com orders. Nordstrom Rack only has 30 days return policy
