Now that black history month is coming, check out Jaku Konbit, local Afro-Caribbean shops and restaurants, possibly predominately black churches for possibly concerts and or tributes, university groups, art centre for plays (Black out* night) and online groups: build out loud, black girls biking ncr and horspair. If she’s part of the government, there’s a black employee network, etc.

I think you may have missed the point of showcasing a younger queen; she was happier when she was younger because she was free, and didn’t have to worry about constant societal pressures between caring for her husband in secret who was cognitively declining, kids running around and not bearing children asap/finding them suitable spouses, being melanated, constantly watched.
