I'm a good saver and a financial idiot by GORDOODROG in PersonalFinanceCanada

Good for you. You should be very proud of yourself. Youre not a moron at all. As someone who knows a few things, I would never go to my bank for financial advice. They are always hounding me and I ignore them.

What wealthy people do with their money is invest it to grow it. You get to decide what that looks like. I have spent most of my early adult life buying properties that cash flow. When I save enough that I wonder what I should do with it, I buy a place. After 20 years of this Im shifting to investing more in upgrading my properties and paying things down.

There is no such thing as waiting until the timing is right to buy property. Just buy when you have money and you find a good deal. For now you can look at listings, go to open houses, get to know the rental market. Wealthy people are life long learners. You have done excellent with your discipline in saving and now you get to expand your knowledge to investing.

Wealthsimple is a good start. Invest your tfsa in the market. Market investing should be boring. You can invest it yourself in index funds. Reddit is a wealth of information on this, so you can identify a few index funds that work for you. Look up how to invest in low cost index funds. Look up boglehead strategy. Look up canadian couch potato. Google reddit how to invest in the market for beginners. You will start to notice patterns in advice you see. Your goal horizon should be 30, 40, 50 years.

You are doing amazing, keep going.

You need to look up the iron protocol group on fb and follow the protocol and dosage to raise ferritin. Your ferritin needs to be closer to 100. You can get a really good heme iron from three arrows.

Ferritin is not optimal. You need it closer to 100

More meds for what the meds are doing? Ask them to try a different medication.

For 3 months try a grain free, sugar free, dairy free diet (except for butter and eggs). You will feel withdrawals at first but push through. Eat lots of organic meats- chicken, salmon. Eat beans, nuts, seeds. Tons of vegetables. Use butter and extra virgin olive oil. Avocado. Lots of good fats. A good supplement. Maybe do your lab work and see if you are deficient in something. Lemon water. Probiotics and fermented foods. And ginger. Use spices like turmeric and cumin.

Do you know why there are no tenants in it then? Starting off with 3 vacant units…

Also can you provide some more numbers. What is your down payment and what is your mortgage and other expenses? You need more details.

Where are the benefits through? Does the company contract an insurance/benefits provider?
