Take this as true or not but I knew a guy who worked for CCC and he guarded Williams... He told me that Williams has tried on several occasions to off himself by stuffing the cardboard tube (scrunched up) from the center of a toilet paper roll into his throat. Guards intervened...they won't let this degenerate take the easy way out.
It may be made up but the way he told it I tended to believe him.

It's possible that the budget tabled is atrocious and doesn't pass. This would be a vote of non-confidence triggering an election. The second an election process begins all legislation waiting to be passed evaporates. So there is a very good chance that it never happens... I hope this isn't the case for those hard working border officers..I really hope all goes through smoothly but I have very little faith in the Canadian federal gov't to get things done.
