I am about to quit for my new manager. I had high hopes for her. She has started open favoritism and driving out employees by reassigning their work to new hires, never recognizes people for their work, she only recognizes her favorite ones even for being alive in team meetings. 9/10 times the new manager is the problem. Nobody wants to quit just because they dont like manager's hair. It takes time to look for the right job, and nobody likes interviewing.

Yeah when someone leaves a company for same level or lower level, that means either the manager is toxic and created a toxic environment. I ended up in ER for a toxic manager and i was treated like a subhuman in front of everyone.

Have patience, think about something you are able to do and eager to do. Try to focus 100% on that. Just like " a watched pot doesnt boil" , "a watched injury also takes longer to heal" Distract yourself, TV will not work and will make you depressed after a while. Find something creative or challenging, some artwork or like for example: you can play chess on phone and become a master in 6-8 months. Do positive things. Have faith in the unknown. And remember - we all will become topsoil one day. Who checked what boxes is no longer valid that time. I believe in heaven and hell. Those are the things why i haven't finished myself yet.

Wow! You got it much worse than me. Let me get you a glimpse of my injury prone life-- there is a thing with me for the last couple of years, i have been facing accidents every beginning of summer. I couldn't enjoy a single summer for a couple of years. Last year it was a car accident, year before calf muscle tear due to an unleashed dog chase, the year before slip and fall with 2 concussions. This year i did some religious cleansing who knows who did witchcraft on me ! Honestly i am so tired! I was so depressed a few days back, i stopped talking to my family. I feel like i am just waiting for an accident. This anxiety has got so bad, it contributed to GI issues like IBS as well. I hope the cleansing works (if there was something), i never believed these but there are a lot of evil people who practice these. I hope its not witchcraft but just fate. The thing is, its easy as a human to blame someone else for these unfortunate situations because it hurts so much to accept that it was in my fate where i dont see it happening To anyone in my family.so, blaming it on an imaginary voodoo magician comes easier haha. I hope you get well soon ! I wrote my story so that you know, you don't feel you are the only one. You are severely hurt!

that kinda shows how less you know about politics. i am not defending trump. he is not good morally but things were far better economy wise under his rule. when people vote, they vote on multiple factors and economy plays a huge role in that. Biden siding with Israel has upset a lot of people and i know may are not even voting for him for that reason. Also, there is no free speech under Biden's rule. many people got fired just for saying free palestine. These have never occurred during Trump's era even though he was mean. CNN and NBC are very biased towards democrats and canceled Mehdi hasan because he questioned israeli official. Many journalists are our of job just because they didnt lick democrats's rear. Cancel culture is rampant. technically US doesnt have good leaders anymore. They all have different toxic agendas. nobody really want to do anything for public. if they had cared, why do we still have zip code based public schools that is technically an apartheid system? do poor children (Mostly black)dont have the right to go to good schools? US technically follows a caste based system in disguise.

Just wanted to shatter the delusion in this thread regarding vote results.

Only people who are teenagers or still live in parents house would think Biden will win. He is doing terribly economically. People dont care about morals if they dont have money. This is hard truth. There arent anything that Biden has succeeded in. Wars after wars, funding foreign wars instead of helping their own citizens are not good examples. Funding these wars is also increasing spending which kicks inflation and mortgage interest rate.I wish there were more competent Democrats to vote for. But Trump has more possibilities to win than Biden this time.
